What is DTG printing, and how does it work?
DTG stands for Direct to Garment printing which is a digital printing technology that prints a design directly onto a garment using a specialized inkjet printer. The conveyer dryer is the best technology to cure the ink as it doesn’t leave heatpress mark on the garment.
What types of fabrics can be printed with DTG technology?
DTG printing can be used on a variety of fabric types, including cotton, polyester blends, and some types of synthetic materials. However, it is not recommended for use on 100% polyester fabrics, as the ink may not adhere properly to the material. We recommend printing on at least 50% of cotton fabric for the best result.
What is the quality of DTG printing, and how does it compare to other printing methods?
DTG printing produces high-quality, full-color prints with fine detail and a soft feel thanks to water-based ink. It is generally considered superior to other printing methods, such as Screen printing, for small to medium-sized print runs. DTG-printed shirts can be washed such as Screen-printed shirts.

The artwork should be sized and positioned to fit the desired print area on the garment. If your file is not in any mentioned formats, no problem. Please reach out to us, we have graphic designers who can fix your design.
What factors impact the cost of DTG printing, such as the number of colors or quantity ordered?
The cost of DTG printing is determined by several factors, including the print size, the number of garments ordered, and the garment color. White and light color garments printing is cheaper than dark garments. Generally, the smaller the print size and the larger the order quantity, the cheaper per garment price will be.
